The Lean Six Sigma methodology helps our project teams make data driven decisions that eliminate waste, reduce variability and implement permanent improvements.

Team members are empowered through:

    • Six full days of off-site training
    • Teambuilding activities and hands-on exercises
    • Targeting 20% or more of workforce to be trained
    • Green Belts selected based on: superior performance, team participation, problem solving with the ability to use the tools learned in their day-to-day jobs
    • Participants spend 25% of their time dedicated to continuous improvement
